In line with its policy of motivating staff and encouraging them to exert best efforts in performing their duties and maintaining a clean and absence free attendance record, Bahrain Duty Free conducted a draw on the names of its staff who had excellent records of performance in customer service and those who enjoyed a clean record of attendance during the fourth quarter of 2010.
The customer service award was won by Sreeja Santhosh while the best attendance award was won by Harikrishna Surendra.
“Bahrain Duty Free attaches great importance to human resources which is one of the most important factors in achieving our goals, and improving productivity,” said Adel Redha Head of Human Resources and Marketing at Bahrain Duty Free.
He praised the outstanding efforts of the employees and urged all the staff to utilize these skills and abilities to maximum potential and to make further efforts in order to achieve excellence.
