Batelco, Bahrain’s leading mobile services provider has introduced ‘My Package’, a totally convenient service which allows its postpaid customers to customise their mobile package by adding different bundled services to suit their specific needs and budget. This is a first of its kind service for telecommunications in the Bahrain market.
The mobile services are categorized as Voice, SMS, Data and Blackberry services. Additionally, the My Package price plan also features other extras for customers to benefit from.
Batelco realises that no two people have the same exact requirement and accordingly has designed My Package to provide maximum flexibility. With this ultra convenient new service, Batelco’s postpaid customers have the ability to select from the variety of voice, SMS and Data services to suit their specific needs based on usage and behaviour.
Customers are invited to visit Batelco’s website, batelco.com, or any of Batelco’s Retail Shops to start tailoring their mobile packages. Customers firstly need to select at least one of the basic services from Voice, SMS or Data. Other services can only be added when one of the first three (Voice, SMS, Data) are active.
