The Minister for Foreign Affairs Shaikh Khalid Bin Ahmed bin Ahmed Al Khalifa said that he would visit Islamabad shortly as part of his ongoing visits to the brotherly nations.
“I have been recently visited Egyptian capital Cairo and Turkish capital Ankara and plan to visit Islamabad, Pakistan to discuss and review the bilateral ties with the leadership.
“During my visit I will meet the Prime Minister and President of Pakistan in addition to my Pakistani counterpart,” Shaikh Khalid revealed during a visit to the Pakistan embassy on Saturday.
Shaikh Khalid said that he was touched with the steadfastness of the Pakistani community during the challenging times. He assured all possible co-operations from the government side to ensure the security concerns which were welcomed by the 200 community members who gathered were present during the event.
“Bahrain and Pakistan share similar views on security and one fact we know that if Pakistan is safe there, Bahrain will remain safe Inshallah,” he explicitly said
