A group of 34 Batelco Account and Sales Managers have successfully completed an Avaya Professional Credential Programme at the Company’s Training Centre, at Hamala Headquarters. The Sales Certification course will help Batelco’s Account Managers on their path to Avaya Professional Sales Certification (APSS) accreditation.

Batelco General Manager Enterprise Division Adel Daylami said that training and development for Batelco’s Enterprise Division staff was a key priority to ensure that they have access to the relevant knowledge to carry out their jobs in a professional manner.
