Bahrain will remain an oasis of security and a role-model in progress and development as well as social cohesion, according to BDF Commander-in-Chief Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa.
BDF Commander-in-Chief, who chaired at the General Command the 9th National Safety meeting on Sunday lauded the leadership’s wisdom in handling the recent regrettable incidents in Bahrain.
He highlighted a number of decisions and measures aimed to further boost security nationwide. He also discussed ways of revitalizing the economic momentum and mechanisms of implementing the State of National Safety plans.
“The royal decree to lift the State of National Safety, starting from June 1, came to re-assert return of peace and security throughout the Kingdom,” he added crediting people in Bahrain for their cooperation.
He also underlined strong loyalty of the BDF, Interior Ministry, National Guard and Public Security affiliates to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the nation.
He commended Bahrainis’ patriotic feelings and their capability to overcome crises and hardships praying God Almighty to bless Bahrain with an ever-lasting peace and stability.
