The High Criminal Court decided to adjourn the case of spying with the Iranian Revolutionary Guards in which a Bahraini and others defendants living in Kuwait are involved to the 5th of July.
Director of Public Prosecutions Nayef Yousef stated that the court continued its procedures, highlighting that case started when two defendants employed the third one to spy with the Islamic Republic of Iran to collect information on certain military and economic firms in the Kingdom and upon this the third defendants took photos of these firms in addition to housing units of those working in the US base in return of KD 20,000.
The third defendants confessed during investigation proceedings in the public prosecution of spying for a foreign country in return money to damage the political, economic and defence spheres of the Kingdom.
