Daughter of His Royal Highness Premier Shaikha Lulwa bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, accompanied by her daughters Shaikha Noor Al Khalifa and Shaikha Hissa Al Khalifa, honoured, in the presence of a number of the Ruling Family ladies and guests, over 150 Muharaq families.
During the ceremony held at the Halat Bu Maher Hall in Muharraq, the organising committee honoured Shaikha Lulwa for her outstanding benevolence and incessant support for the Bahraini women’s march.
Those present welcomed Shaikha Lulwa’s visit to Muharraq, extolling her innumerable patriotic, social and philanthropic contributions, asserting that Muharraq will remain a stronghold of loyalty and allegiance to the wise leadership.
Many poems were also read at the event, expressing love for the wise leadership.
Those present chanted national songs and greeted His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander, pledging all support and loyalty to them and the beloved kingdom.
Following the visit, the Muharraq Governor Salman bin Isa bin Hindi sent Shaikha Lulwa a cable, thanking her for attending the ceremony dedicated to honouring Muharraq women.
