His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman received at the Gudaibiya Palace the Culture Minister Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa who offered him a copy of a book on “World Heritage in Arab Countries.”
The book, containing pictures of the Arab sites registered on the World Heritage List and prepared by the Culture Ministry, in cooperation with the United Nations Educational, Social and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO), will be inaugurated on the sidelines of the 35th World Heritage Committee Conference due to be held at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris under the chairmanship of Bahrain.
HRH Premier praised the tremendous efforts exerted by Shaikha Mai in highlighting the kingdom’s rich heritage, long history and pioneering civilisations, wishing her and all the Culture Ministry’s affiliates every success.
