Zain Bahrain will be carrying out a major upgrade on its network as part of its continuous efforts to provide the best mobile telecommunications service to its customers. This will take place on Saturday, June 4, 2011. This enhancement process is expected to be interruption-free.
“This enhancement is part of our regular and ongoing network enhancements which will enable Zain Bahrain to provide the latest state-of-the art technology and the best customer service and benefits. All efforts have been made to carry out the activity so that customers face the least difficulty,” said Hamad Al Romaihi, Zain Bahrain’s Network Director.
The activity will start on Friday and end on Saturday. While minimum interruption is expected, customers are advised to seek assistance from Zain Bahrain’s 24-hour contact center on 107 if required.
