Menatelecom, an investment subsidiary of Kuwait Finance House-Bahrain launched its latest broadband service “MyFi”.
The MyFi service offers Menatelecom customers the advantage of Pocket Broadband (WiMAX/Wi-Fi) capability and total freedom with high-speed internet up to 18Mb. MyFi allows up to 5 Wi-Fi enabled devices such as a Laptop, Blackberry, iPhone, iPad, etc. or any other combination of devices to be connected to the internet at the same time, anywhere in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
“Menatelecom has long endeavored to make broadband connectivity as simple and effortless as possible. Menatelecom’s MyFi device requires no setup or software installation. Our customers are only one click away from accessing their personalized contents and services. MyFi comes with all these features in addition to being lightweight and compact with a sleek design that is easy to take anywhere,” Abdul Razak Jawahery, Executive Manager at KFH-B, representing KFH-B as Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Menatelecom, said.
The MyFi device runs on a battery that lasts up to 4 hours and can be recharged using any PC or USB connection. The new service is available at competitive prices ranging from as low as BD9 per month up to BD28 per month for unlimited downloads option with up to 18Mb speed across all packages.
