During the 8th board meeting of Tatweer Petroleum, the Minister of Energy Dr Abdulhussein bin Ali Mirza along with the board members reviewed the business plan and discussed corporate issues.
Tatweer board meeting was held on Tuesday at Tatweer Petroleum Company main office and chaired by Minister of Energy and Chairman of National Oil and Gas Authority and was attended by the representatives from Occidental, Mubadala and Nogaholding companies as members of the board.
The meeting discussed a number of corporate matters as well as Tatweer Business Improvement Project and the audit plan that was proposed for the Company. The Board then was updated on company operations including the increasing level of oil and gas production. His Excellency was satisfied with the progress Tatweer has made so far and congratulated Tatweer for the achievements made in Gas Compression projects.
Dr. Mirza expressed his appreciation and gratitude to the wise political leadership of HM King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa, HRH Prince Khalifa Bin Salman Al Khalifa, the Prime Minister and HRH Prince Salman Bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince for their continued support to the Petroleum industry in the Kingdom.
Dr. Mirza, also, conveyed his thanks and appreciation to the Executive Management and all employees of Tatweer Petroleum for their dedication and hard work.
