Bahrain Air, the Kingdom of Bahrain’s second national carrier, will resume daily flights to Riyadh the Saudi Capital from 28th of September 2011 linking Riyadh to major cities in the GCC, Levant, Africa, Indian Sub-continent and Istanbul as a new European destination in Bahrain Air’s network, with fast and economical services for both the business community and the travelling public. Flights to King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh will be Bahrain Air’s second destination in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
“Riyadh is an important destination in Bahrain Air’s network. These flights will strengthen our hub in Bahrain and will increase feeder traffic to the GCC and the Indian Sub-continent. Bahrain Air flights are scheduled to arrive Riyadh early afternoon from Bahrain and return to Bahrain in the evening conveniently connecting passengers to Dubai, the Indian subcontinent and other destinations in the Bahrain Air network,” Richard Nuttall, Director Commercial Operations, said.
Bahrain Air provides two classes of service, Business Premium Class and Economy Class. Bahrain Air being a hybrid airline provides complimentary meals and extra baggage allowances for its passengers.
Bahrain Air will launch an awareness program in the central province of Saudi Arabia in the coming weeks along with its partners in Riyadh.
