With six mock-up villas will be ready by December this year, Bahrain’s largest housing development project, Diyar Al Muharraq will build 3000 state-of-the-art affordable housing units, an official at the project revealed.
Abdulhakeem Alkhayyat, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at the Kuwait Finance House–Bahrain (KFH- B), said that the free-hold property would be unique in design, development and affordability.
“The project is being developed by Diyar Homes with an initial BD 100 million investment and we expect that from the mock up villas to the completion of this project will go ahead in line with the envisaged time frame,” he added.
