The Health Ministry has announced the reinstatement of 300 employees following the release of investigation results. In a statement released on Monday, it pointed out that the suspension period does not exceed six month.
It reaffirmed commitment to the Civil Service Bureau rules and regulations on suspending and extending employees’ suspension pending investigation.
It announced that it would wait for results of investigation concerning employees who are involved in criminal cases.
As for the 35 sacked employees, the ministry said that it was not legally entitled to study the complaints they lodged, as disciplinary boards are independent.
