The official spokesman of the governmental committee in charge of following up on implementation of the National Consensus Dialogue’s visions Fahd Jassim Buallay has affirmed that the executive power would work on upgrading data of the dialogue’s website.
He said the government would form a body responsible for upgrading these data which specify the government’s progress in carrying out the recommendations pertaining to the political, economic, social and legal fields.
He also added that the website would feature the latest developments in implementing the dialogue’s visions as well as the outcome of the meetings held by the governmental committee, which is chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa.
The website (www.nd.bh) will brief its visitors on the committee’s work as well as the result of its 11 meetings held over the past four weeks to discuss ways of carrying out 291 visions.
“The move is in line with the directives of the wise leadership to highlight the ministries and official establishments’ work to carry out the dialogue’s recommendations, fulfill the popular will, ensure sustainability and press ahead with the reform and development momentum in the Kingdom,” he said.
The National Consensus Dialogue’s presidency, represented by parliament Chairman Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Dhahrani, has recently assigned to the executive power management of the dialogue’s website in order to enable people in Bahrain to get informed about progress in implementing the visions and brief the public opinion on various achievements.
