His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander emphasized the Kingdom of Bahrain’s commitment to millennium development goals (MGDs) benefiting from the various programs and boosting its policies based on the principle of egalitarian opportunities for everybody.
His Royal Highness the Crown Prince received the UNDP head in the Kingdom Peter Grohmann, and emphasized that the reformation and modernization programs on the basis of which His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa Monarch of the Kingdom of Bahrain initiated the reform project to gain results and cement the culture of reforms, construction and development in the various sectors, as well as openness and the provision of support for the sake of more productivity and sustainability of competitiveness.
Grohmann expressed his admiration towards the Kingdom of Bahrain’s development programs which he described as a successful role model for a country that has worked persistently and attained the pinnacles of success in building individual persons and developing the various vital sectors. Grohmann remarked that the experience of Bahrain should be used and shown before forums as an example of a rich experience, and he confirmed the UNDP’s readiness to support the Kingdom of Bahrain’s development programs.
The meeting was attended by the Crown Prince court’s chief Shaikh Khalifa bin Duaij Al Khalifa.
