The 3rd Annual International Summit for Human Resource Management (HRM) 2011 opens on October 10 in Manama by the Minister of Energy Dr Abdulhussain bin Ali Mirza.
The event is being organised by Roshcomm in coordination with the National Oil and Gas Authority (NOGA).
This summit represents an opportunity for the exchange of ideas and information in addition to the discussing of several important topics related to human resource development.
It will help in adopting the best possible administrative practices and standards along with their implementation within the strategic plans and policies.
Dr Mirza in statement said that the wise leadership welcomes the hosting of such conferences and various administrative activities facilitating in efforts all procedures its requirements to ensure its success in the Kingdom of Bahrain. He also indicated that international bodies will be taking part in the event along with well-known personalities, experts and thinkers. Dr Mirza also highlighted the fact that participants from the ministries and the private sector are expected to participate in the summit with GCC establishments also being present.
It is worth noting that the HRM Summit 2011 will run for two days and is followed by a 1-day Post Conference Workshop on CIPD: Learning and Development Strategies. The event is categorized into different tracks that cover the most demanding HR Development and Management issues facing organizations, big and small in the region.
These tracks cover a number of critical topics such as HR Strategy, Rewards Management, Talent Management, Skills Development, Employee engagement and various other Global best practices.
Each track will be followed by a panel discussion comprising of leading International experts in their respective fields and will enable delegates to join in.
