His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa Monarch of the Kingdom of Bahrain participated with his brethren their Majesties and Highnesses leaders of GCC countries in the final session of GCC Supreme Council’s Thirty-Second Summit in Al-Dir’iyah Palace in Riyadh presided over by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Monarch of the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
During the final session, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques invited the GCC Council’s secretary-general Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani to read the summit’s final communiqué and the Riyadh Declaration.
Then, His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa Monarch of the Kingdom of Bahrain addressed the Summit as follows:

Peace of Allah, His blessings and mercy be upon you
It is our pleasure to express feelings of gratitude and appreciation to our brother the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud Monarch of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and his respectable government and the brotherly Saudi people for their utmost generosity and hospitality at all levels and we thank His Majesty for his wise management of the sessions of Riyadh Summit 2011 and for the blessed meetings which left great impact in concluding the results for further cooperation and ultimate unity – Allah willing.
We bless the content of the speech of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques regarding moving on from the phase of cooperation to unity and the Kingdom of Bahrain undertakes to implement the steps agreed in this respect.

On behalf of myself and the Kingdom of Bahrain’s people, we have the honour to invite you to the Bahrain Summit 2012 in order to accomplish aspirations of our peoples for a prosperous future.
