Standard Chartered Bank announced an innovative customer service commitment, where customer can apply for a personal loan facility and guarantees the loan amount deposited to their account in 60 minutes. Otherwise, the Bank will credit $100 to the customer’s account.
The launch comes at a time when the bank is stepping up its customer centric approach to bring best in class financial services to its customers. This service guarantee will be an ongoing commitment by the bank towards customers applying for a Personal Loan facility with the Personal Financial Consultants at the Bank’s seven branches.
This service pledge is the first step the bank is taking towards providing the customer a menu of service pledges each time the customer visits the branch. With the understanding that the customer’s time is precious in today’s busy life, Standard Chartered Bank ensures that customer’s requests are being attended to within the minimal time possible.
A Standard Chartered customer is eligible for the Personal Loan in 60 minutes upon submitting and fulfilling all document requirements. This service guarantee is open to all new-to bank customers and existing customers looking to take up a Personal Loan facility with the Bank.
