His Royal Highness the Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa welcomed Yemen’s Prime Minister Mohammed Salem Basindwa at his arrival to the Kingdom within his tour of neighboring Gulf countries.
The official visit included discussions of the bilateral ties between the two countries and other regional issues of common concern. HRH the Prime Minister was accompanied by two Deputy Premier’s, a number of ministers, officials, Governor of Muharraq Governorate, along with the Yemeni and Qatari Ambassadors to Bahrain.
Later, His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince held talks with his Yemeni counterpart Mohammed Salem Basindwa.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the solid bilateral relations, reiterating the two countries’ joint keenness to enhance them in all fields for the joint interests of the two brotherly peoples. HRH Prince Khalifa expressed confidence in Yemen people’s capability to safeguard the country’s security and stability. The Yemeni Premier expressed his country’s gratitude and thanks to Bahrain for its honourable supportive stances in support of Yemen, lauding the kingdom’s progress and development strides.
