His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa stressed the government’s resolve to continue optimizing citizen-oriented services, urging ministers and officials to answer citizens’ queries raised via various mass media.
He was speaking as he received at Gudaibiya Palace senior officials, in the presence of Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs Shaikh Abdullah bin Khalid Al Khalifa, parliament and Shura Council Chairmen Khalifa Al Dhahrani and Ali Saleh Al Saleh as well as ministers and officials.
“Educational, health, municipal and housing services have to be up to citizens’ aspirations,” he said instructing to inform the public about the reasons for any delay in carrying out projects.
He also asserted the government’s determination to bring about more prosperity, reform and development despite subversive attempts trying to hamper the serious reform steps taken so far.
“These reforms require, first and foremost, a secure climate so as to achieve their goals,” HRH emphasized directing to follow up on the school environment and ensure a favourable climate for students.
He also gave instructions to continue developing central markets according to traders and customers’ priorities and needs.
