The management team of Junaid for Perfumes organised a leadership seminar conducted by world renowned author and leadership guru Robin Sharma at the Gulf Hotel Gulf Convention Centre.
The seminar, titled “Lead without a Title”, focused on adapting winning leadership skills to enhance organizational workflow.
“The Middle Eastern market boasts of a dynamic, fast evolving and multi-cultural business environment, which is a great advantage in developing leadership qualities and skills. Companies all over the world need strong and sturdy leaders that adapt and utilize the right guidelines to benefit their businesses in times of turmoil,” Sharma told the audience.
The seminar also focused on helping entrepreneurs achieve their highest potential in the challenging business environment faced at this time.
