The Bahrain Journalists Association will tomorrow hold its annual meeting at nine o’clock at Beit Al-Tejjar to elect its new board and discuss latest developments.
Ten candidates
are in the fray to secure a seat in the new-look. Osama Al-Majid (Al-Bilad) ; Farid Ahmed (Al-Watan); Samah Allam (Al-Watan); Zainab Abdul Amir (Al-Ayyam); Aisha Al-Siddiqi (Al-Ayyam); Abdulla Al-Mannai (Akhbar Al-Khaleej), Ehab Ahmed (Al-Watan); Ali Majeed (Al-Ayyam); Mohannad Sulaiman and Ahdeya Ahmed (Information Affairs Authority). Al-Bilad editor-in-Chief Moa’nes Al-Murdi has already been elected unopposed as BJA Chairman.
