Bahrain’s Minister Transport holds talks with IATA VP

Transport Minister Kamal bin Ahmed Mohammed received International Air Transport Association (IATA) Vice President for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Dr. Majdi Sabri, currently on visit to Bahrain and attending the Aviation Security and Safety Conference.

The two-day event, which opened on Monday, was being organized by the Civil Aviation Affairs in cooperation with IATA. Assistant Undersecretary for aviation services Ahmed Na’mat Ali attended the meeting.

The minister hailed the efforts of IATA to promote the civil aviation industry and step up cooperation to strengthen its security and safety.
