Preserving the spirit of multilateralism and social cohesion in the Kingdom of Bahrain is supported by the true constructive communication over the past years, which emerges from Bahrain’s comprehensive identity that gathers all components of the society, according to Prince Salman.
The Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander, His Royal Highness Prince Salman Bin Hamad Al Khalifa, who held talks with a German parliamentary delegation at Riffa Palace, said that reinforcing that issue and preserving it together with renouncing violence and discarding all negative trends, would ensure overcoming the effects of the last period.
His Royal Highness the Crown Prince highlighted that the proper and objective diagnosis and transferring of the true image of what happened in Bahrain allows the initiation of appropriate solutions. He pointed out that under the wise leadership of His Majesty the King, Bahrain achieved appropriate solutions through a number of steps and initiatives included the formation of Bahrain Independent Commission of Inquiry, and the implementation of its recommendations.
His Royal Highness the Crown Prince added that these efforts come as a continuation of the reform policy initiated by His Majesty the King, where he laid its foundations including democracy, separation of powers, and addressing the challenges to achieve further gains and achievements they are all proud of.
HRH the Crown Prince reviewed the bilateral distinctive relations between Kingdom of Bahrain and the Federal Republic of Germany, highlighting its location and role, and stressing Bahrain’s keenness to strengthen the positive ties between the two friendly countries and reinforcing cooperation and coordination between them in all different areas.
The members of German delegation expressed their thanks and appreciation for the warm welcome they received during their visit to Bahrain, pointing out what they witnessed of growth and development, and wishing the Kingdom more progress and prosperity.
The meeting was attended by the Head of the Court of HRH the Crown Prince, Shaikh Khalifa Bin Daij Al Khalifa, the political and economic affairs Advisor at the Court of HRH the Crown Prince, Shaikh Mohammed Bin Isa Al Khalifa, and the MP Dr. Jamal Saleh.
