BCCI Chief Executive Officer Ibrahim Al Lanjawi said that a large number of delegations from industry and commerce chambers in GCC, Arab and Islamic countries, including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Jordan, Yemen, Sudan, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, Bangladesh, Tajikistan, Malaysia and others, will take part in the forum.
The forum aims to develop the projects requiring micro financing and loans for the sake of diversifying family income and encouraging household savings, Al Lanjawi said, adding that the event will also discuss providing small loans with low interest rates, as a ways to ensure the sustainability of projects and curb poverty in Arab and Islamic societies.
