Bahrain Airport Company (BAC) has appointed Mohamed Yusuf Al Binfalah as its new CEO, taking up the post in September.
Al Binfalah, a high achieving Bahraini with a proven track record and who is currently serving as CEO of Olive VFM Holding Company BSC (C), brings a wealth of experience gained over 27 years of working at various managerial and entrepreneurial capacities in the private sector. In addition to his current role, he is also on the Board of Directors of ATYAF Telecommunications and Infrastructure International BSC (C), a Bahraini ICT service provider.
Al Binfalah has abundant knowledge in the aviation industry through his previous work as General Manager of DHL Aviation Service WLL, a Bahraini trading and operator of an FAA and BCAA certified avionics station at Bahrain International Airport.
That as well as his extensive experience and solid understanding of facility management which he gained during his previous work at Gulf Petrochemicals Industries Company (GPIC) and through his current role in setting up Olive VFM as a regional facility management service provider. He holds a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration.

I trust he will advance on the work that has been made and pursue the strategic plans we have set to realize our vision of having the best airport for Bahrain,” Khalid Al Rumaihi, Bahrain Airport Company Chairman, said.
“We are confident that Al Binfalah will carry on the solid and continued achievements that Bahrain Airport Company has made and will be able to add a lot of experience in managing and developing the airport,” Al Rumaihi, added.
“I trust he will develop on the work that has been made and pursue the strategic plans we have set to realize our vision of having the best airport for Bahrain.”
