His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa invited Egyptian President Dr. Mohammed Mursi to visit Bahrain.
In a letter delivered by the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Ghanim Fadhl Al-Buainain, HM King Hamad hailed strong historic relations and means of promoting bilateral ties, spotlighting regional and Arab developments.
Al-Buainain also conveyed greetings from HM the King, His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander and wishes of health to President Mursi and further progress and prosperity for Egypt.
President Mursi lauded fraternal relations and joint cooperation in all fields, extending greetings to HM the King, HRH the Premier and HRH the Crown Prince and wishes of progress and prosperity for Bahrain and its people.
Al-Buainain hailed strong fraternal relations and steadily-growing cooperation, reflecting both countries’ desire to bolster bilateral ties.
He was earlier welcomed on arrival in Cairo by Bahrain Ambassador to Egypt and Permanent representative to the Arab League Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulrahman Al-Khalifa.
