His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa, the Supreme Commander opened the new headquarters of the Bahrain Royal Air Force.
He was received on arrival at the Shaikh Isa Air-Base by the BDF Commander-in-Chief Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al-Khalifa, the head of Bahrain Royal Air-Force and other officers.
HM King Hamad was briefed on future plans to develop the Royal Air-Force and expressing keen desire to enhance the aviation system, taking pride in the landmark achievements regarding equipment and readiness.
He paid tribute to the Royal Air Force personnel for their competence and high morale, which reflects the BDF preparedness to defend the country.
He lauded the military cooperation between Bahrain Defense Force and the GCC and allied forces of the friendly countries.
He extended his greetings to personnel of the Royal air-force, including pilots and technicians, wishing them all success in promoting Bahrain’s development and prosperity.
