The Minister of Works Essam bin Abdulla Khalaf visited the new Survey and Land Registration Bureau Building located in Seef District to inspect work progress, accompanied by the Survey General Manager NajiSabt, Acting Assistant Undersecretary for Construction and Maintenance Projects Mona Al Motawa, Strategic Projects Director Ghazi Al Saleh, Chief of the Consultancy Company in charge of project implementation Mohammed Salah Al Dein and a number of engineers from the Ministry.
The Minister reiterated the importance of maintaining regular visits to the project, in addition to the daily and weekly meetings between MoW’s engineers and the contractor and consultant. He also stressed that work should be of the highest quality; in line with Bahrain Economic Vision 2030’s standards.
The BD13.6 million project covers an area of 24400 square meters and consists of 12 storeys, including all directorates, 32 VIP parking lots and an additional parking lot capable of accommodating 320 vehicles.
