His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander visited to the Majlis of the Head of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs Shaikh Abulla bin Khalid Al Khalifa and exchanged with him good wishes marking the advent of the Holy month of Ramadan.
They also asserted that Ramadan is a holy month in which values of love, good and communication are enhanced through majlises, calling for the need to take advantage of the spiritual character of such a month to promote the values of love, solidarity and peaceful co-existence in order to consolidate national cohesion among Bahraini citizens and increase their dedication to a nation that embraces all its members.
Head of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs extended sincere thanks and gratitude to HRH Premier and HRH Crown Prince for their kind visit.
HRH Premier paid a visit to the Majlis of Deputy Premier Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa and exchanged with him congratulations and best wishes on the advent of the Holy month of Ramadan.
HRH Premier asserted that lessons should be drown from constant attempts to spread chaos and instability across the region through enhancing the GCC Union, which is demanded by both official and popular sides, praising the cooperation and cohesion enjoyed by the GCC peoples whose main interest lies in unity and preservation of their development achievements and resources.
HRH Prime Minister also commended the genuine Bahraini people whose members have shown exemplary patriotism, solidarity and strength during times of crises, calling for the need to increase popular awareness on the challenges and dangers posed to the nation.
He also said that qualities of kindness and good morals, and not destruction and vandalism, are distinctive features of the Bahraini citizens.
HRH Premier also reiterated his keen interest to be informed on citizens’ needs, asserting that all doors remain open for the citizens in order to ensure that their voices are heard.
He also said that the kingdom is on the threshold of a new phase of growth, security and stability, adding those who want to obstruct that process will be find themselves alien in their society, stressing that national interests should be given top priority in order to be able to safeguard the landmark achievements attained during HM the King’s prosperous era.
“Bahrain is a nation that embraces all its citizens who are equal partners in its development, and therefore its deep-rooted social fabric and national unity will always remain strong,” HRH Premier said.
Deputy Premier expressed his heartfelt thanks and appreciation to HRH Premier for the kind visit, wishing him continuous good health and happiness.
