More than 1068 jobseekers have been trained and groomed in a number of specialized programmes to cater for the needs of the labour market, the Labour Ministry announced.
Acting Director of the Human Resources Development Directorate Essam Ismail Al Alawi said those who have been groomed according to the latest statistics are university and secondary education graduates as well as diploma holders who received training from January to May 2012 in various specialties required by the labour market.
He added the Labour Ministry is going ahead with its efforts to train Bahraini jobseekers registered with the Employment Services Bureau who have different qualifications, especially secondary education graduates and undergraduates and diploma holders.
He also urged jobseekers and those wishing to avail of the training programmes to register in them.
