IAA President Shaikh Fawaz bin Mohammed Al-Khalifa announced the finalization of procedures, describing the move as reflecting keenness to ensure employees’ professional stability in recognition of their dedication in serving Bahraini media.
Receiving the batch of employees who benefited from the measure, Shaikh Fawaz hailed the Government chaired by His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa to ensure citizens’ professional stability and giving them the priority to work in all ministries and government departments.
“The contract employees have been offered full-time jobs on the basis of their competence, dedication at work, years of service, educational credentials and vacancies provided by the Civil Service Bureau”, Shaikh Fawaz said.
He pointed out that the Information Affairs Authority had taken into account the CSB-approved performance criteria in promoting the batch of 84 contract employees.
He also reaffirmed resolve to continue efforts to develop Bahraini media, paying tribute to the wise leadership for promoting media openness and enhancing media institutions in line with the reform project initiated by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa.
Abdulhalim Murad thanked IAA President Shaikh Fawaz bin Mohammed Al-Khalifa for inviting him to attend the ceremony, hailing his initiative to promote employees’ professional stability.
IAA Financial and Administrative Affairs director expressed thanks and appreciation to Shaikh Fawaz, hailing his efforts to promote human resources.
He announced that the Human and Financial Directorate would coordinate with concerned authorities to take the necessary measures.
