The General Secretariat of the Supreme Council of Women (SCW) has invited young Bahraini businesswomen to compete for the Young Bahraini Businesswomen’s Excellence Honor initiated by Wife of HM the King and Supreme Council for Women (SCW)’s President HRH Princess Sabeeka bint Ebrahim Al Khalifa.
The Excellence Recognition is given in recognition of young Bahraini businesswomen so as to encourage excellent energetic, proficient entrepreneurship, disseminate a culture of entrepreneurship and boost the number of young women entrepreneurs in addition to activation of partnership between the SCW and the civil society organizations (NGOs) and bolster women’s economic empowerment in order to accomplish the goals of national plan for Bahraini women renaissance as well as portray successful young businesswomen and shed light on newly emerging economic and investment sectors in the Kingdom.
Young Bahraini businesswomen below the age of 45 who have been doing business for not less than five years and not more than ten years in addition to their submission of audited financial report for their duly licensed enterprise or project.
The Excellence Recognition Prize is awardable to the winner of the competition by Wife of HM the King and Supreme Council for Women (SCW)’s President HRH Princess Sabeeka bint Ebrahim Al Khalifa during of the Kingdom’s annual celebrations marking the Bahraini Woman’s Day.
