Two Asians accused of holding 54 forged credit cards appeared before the Public Prosecutor to face charges of larceny.
A credit card company alerted the General Directorate for Combating Corruption and Economic and Electronic Security and reported the larceny after the fraudsters used a fake card at a shopping mall.
A police patrol caught the first fraudster red-handed inside a shopping outlet. His accomplice was arrested as he was trying to escape by taxi in possession 54 forged credit cards and stolen items worth BD13500 hidden in two travel bags.
