Ulaiyan Al Wetaid, VIVA Bahrain CEO said that company has been able to achieve a significant competitive advantage in a short span of two years because of VIVA staff’s hard work and dedication to the company.
“We are grateful to their contribution and delighted to recognize their achievements at our annual ghabga event,” he added.
He was addressing at a ceremony in which around 25 staff members of VIVA Bahrain were recognized for their outstanding performance and contribution to the success of the company. The employees were honoured by VIVA CEO, Ulaiyan Al Wetaid at the company’s annual Ghabga gathering.
More than 150 people representing the company’s key sectors including CEO office, Commercial, Technology, Finance, Quality Assurance, Wholesale Enterprise and Human Resources joined in the celebrations of the holy month of Ramadan at the VIVA-sponsored Al Khayma tent, The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain.
To bring alive the cultural flavor and festivities of Ramadan, a traditional market was organized to showcase an array of local cultural handicrafts by Bahraini Productive families such as wooden crafts, pottery, perfumes, traditional clothing. VIVA employees were also treated to an exciting raffle draw with attractive prizes given out during the event.
“Ramadan is about bringing people from different communities together to participate in the festivities. We wanted to celebrate the spirit of this holy month with all our employees who we consider family and also our greatest asset,” the CEO said.
