Bahrain Family Business Association (BFBA) will host Professor Barbara R Hauser as guest speaker in its monthly meeting.
President BFBA Khalid Mohammed Kanoo will welcome Ms Hauser and will also present the update on the BFBA activities for the benefit of the members.
The meeting will be held on September 18th at K Hotel Juffair and all members, business community leaders and interested people can attend the event.
The lecture is titled “The Family Constitution and the know-how required composing it, the role and importance of the constitution.”
Barbara R. Hauser has been advising wealthy families for more than 25 years. Previously, she worked as a private client lawyer and as an executive at various financial institutions and as a global independent family adviser.
Ms. Hauser has worked with a number of influential families in Europe, United States, Asia, Arabian Gulf and Middle East.
She is a frequent speaker in many countries and is the author and co-author of several books, including Mommy, Are We Rich? Talking to Children about Family Money, International Estate Planning, and International Family Governance.
As a consultant she collaborated with leading families and financial institutions and serves on the board of family controlled foundations.
Ms. Hauser studied at Wellesley College and the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
