Tatweer Board of Directors and the Development and Production Sharing Agreement (DPSA) Management Committee meetings, which were held at Tatweer Petroleum Company head office, were told that the company had successfully completed the production increase plan.
Shaikh Ahmed bin Mohamed Al-Khalifa, Minister of Finance, Minister in Charge of Oil and Gas Affairs, Chairman of National Oil & Gas Authority chaired the 12th meeting of the board of directors and the third DPSA Committee meeting in 2012. Representatives for the shareholders; Occidental Petroleum, Mubadala Development and nogaholding companies attended both meetings.
The two meetings were convened to discuss operational matters including 2012 Budget Amendment and 2013 Budget review in addition to HSE Management System.
Shaikh Ahmed expressed his appreciation and gratitude to HM King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa, HRH Prince Khalifa Bin Salman Al Khalifa, the Prime Minister and HRH Prince Salman Bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander, for their continued support to the Petroleum industry in the Kingdom.
Shaikh Ahmed, also, conveyed his thanks and appreciation to the Executive Management and all employees of Tatweer Petroleum for their dedication and hard work and congratulated them for the successful implementation of its production increase plans.
