Bahrain embassy in the UAE is undertaking procedures to repatriate the body of Al-Nejma Club and national team player Mohammed Noureddine who died in a car accident which also claimed the life of the driver while a third person survived, according to a statement issued by the Bahrain News Agency (BNA).
In line with the directives of the Foreign Ministry, Bahraini Ambassador to the UAE Mohammed Al Ma’awda and the consular work crew followed up on the repercussions of the accident after receiving a telephone call informing about the death of the Bahraini player in Fujairah.
“The embassy is currently coordinating with relevant parties to expedite repatriation of the body of the deceased to Bahrain and get assured about the health of his companion who is said to be in a stable condition,” the official in a statement said.
The Foreign ministry extended condolences to the sport sector in Bahrain and the family of the deceased, praying God Al-mighty to rest his soul in eternal peace and paradise and bless his family with patience and consolation.
