Under the patronage of Deputy Prime Minister, Shaikh Khalid Bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Career Expo is held at its tenth session from 6 to 8 November, in Bahrain International Exhibition Center (BECA).
Shaikh Khalid’s patronage of the exhibition comes from the great importance of the education and training sectors in the growth of economies of countries.
Ministry of Labour reinforced the ministry’s participation in the exhibition through the job market, which is a pavilion dedicated to job seekers, and includes about 22 companies offering attractive jobs for Bahrainis. There will also be employment specialists present at the exhibition from the Labor Department to guide the unemployed to best jobs for them.
“Career Expo 2012,” targets about 10.000 high level male and female students, who will be transported at the expense of the organizing committee in the morning times, with a total of 50 buses that will transport female students to the exhibition in its first and second days, whereas there will be 90 buses transporting male students in the exhibition’s third day.
“Career Expo 2012,” will open its doors to the public in the evening, from 4 to 8 pm, where a group of activities and competitions will be held on its main platform, including scientific and cultural sides.
Career Expo, which is organized by the National Society For the Support of Education and Training, is supported by many parties, including “Tamkeen” that participates in the exhibition as a strategic partner, Alba and Viva as platinum sponsors, Ahlia University as a golden sponsor, and Yousif Khalil Almoayyed & Sons and Gulf Aviation Academy as silver sponsors. Also, there are Arab Shipbuilding and Repair Yard (ASRY), Gulf Petrochemical Industries and Saber Network for Travel, Middle East as bronze sponsors, along with a group of other companies, including some national universities that have expressed interest in participating in the exhibition.
