As part of its ongoing regional and global tours in many countries all over the globe, the 6th World Youth Ship delegation has recently paid a visit to the Oil Museum of the Bahrain Petroleum Company (Bapco).
During the visit, the delegation was briefed on the rare contents and possessions of the museum which narrate the history of oil discovery in Bahrain. The visitors toured inside the various sections of the museum and visited the exhibition which features a number of valuable precious documents about the rich history of Bahrain. Upon the conclusion of the visit, the delegation expressed sincere thanks and appreciation to Bapco for arranging the visit, hailing the significance of the museum and its rare possessions in depicting the ancient and modern history of Bahrain. The visitors also lauded the key role assumed by Bapco in fostering the overall development of the Kingdom. The visit is part of Bapco’s ongoing efforts to enhance cooperation and coordination with various organizations and establishments, and bolster the concept of social corporate responsibility for promoting Bapco’s support of the economic and social life of the Kingdom.
