US Ambassador to Bahrain, Thomas Krajeski, hailed distinguished economic relations between Bahrain and the USA which have been made stronger by the Free Trade Agreement (FTA).
Speaking at a meeting at Bait Al Tijjar with board members of Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), he voiced keenness on stronger political and economic cooperation between both countries.
He also expressed his country’s keenness to promote investments by boosting cooperation between BCCI and the US chambers of commerce and industry.
He underlined the importance of exchanging visits between commercial delegations, voicing the US embassy’s readiness to constantly coordinate with BCCI regarding functions of common concern.
He praised the role of businesswomen in developing the economic and investment sectors, urging cooperation between small and medium companies in Bahrain and the US.
BCCI board member and Deputy Chairman of the Bahraini-American Business Council Adel Ahmed Al Safar took pride in distinguished trade and economic relations between both countries and BCCI support to all initiatives to increase the volume of bilateral trade exchange and maximize the Bahraini private sector’s benefit from FTA.
