This was highlighted during his participation in Al Amn radio programme and expressed his thanks and appreciation to the support of His Excellency the Interior Minister to the Police Media Directorate as part of a strategy to develop all sectors in the ministry.
He also acknowledged the guidance of the General Director of the Interior Ministry Court Brigadier Riyadh Eid Abdullah.
He said that the Police Media Directorate has achieved many milestones and is in the process to adopt a new strategy for police media to meet current situations and challenges and promote community partnership.
He said that although the ministry’s twitter account was launched less than two years back, but it managed to attract more than 100,000 followers. “We are dedicated to provide fast and accurate information as there is no chance to stay in the vast social media websites without credibility out of our professionalism,” he added.
