Alpen Capital partnered with Dubai Cares to unveil a very limited miniature structure of the world’s tallest monument, The Burj Khalifa, called the “Burj of Giving”, at a special ceremony organized in partnership with The Ara Gallery and Emaar Properties PJSC. Rohit Walia unveiled the miniature Burj Structure for Alpen Capital along with Dubai Cares’ Chief Executive Officer, Tariq Al Gurg at the Burj Plaza on 22nd January.
Alpen Capital was among the twenty individuals and organizations across the UAE to purchase these structures painted by eminent Emirati artists. All proceeds from the sale of these structures will go towards providing children in developing countries with access to quality primary education. Alpen Capital was one of the first supporters of Dubai Cares and both the organisations have worked on several projects relating to children’s education over the past.
“Alpen Capital is a strong believer in corporate social responsibility and sustainability and has partnered with several organisations across various GCC locations including Dubai Cares, Emirates Environmental Group, Qatar Charity, The Association for the Welfare of the Handicapped in Oman to name a few. In addition, Alpen Capital also engages its employees to be a part of its CSR activities. Alpen Capital was recognized for its CSR and sustainability efforts with the CSR Label awarded by the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 2012,” Alpen Capital in a statement said.
