A Parliamentary delegation will pay an official visit to the European Parliament in March 2013 to discuss cooperation.
Parliament Chairman Khalifa bin Ahmed Al-Dhahrani today confirmed the forthcoming visit, which followed an invitation from the EU Parliament President Martin Schulz.
He announced the visit as he chaired a bureau meeting, in the presence of first and second deputy chairmen MPs Abdulla bin Khalaf Al-Dosary and Shaikh Adel bin Abdulrahman Al-Maawda and other MPs and officials.
Al-Dhahrani revealed that the forthcoming legislative sessions would discuss the feed-back report of the Financial and Economic Affairs Committee on the report of the National Administrative and Financial Audit Court for 2011-2012.
The final report of the committee in charge of probing the decision to extend the school day will also be on the agenda. Other key issues also came under the spotlight.
