A delegation of Dar Al Manar for Parents Care has visited HRH Princess Sabeeka Park in Awali. The visit aimed at providing the guests with an idea on the various facilities and services offered by the park in serving the community. During the visit, the delegation expressed delight with the arrangements of the visit, and thanked the management of Bapco for supporting Dar Al Manar’s programs and activities. The delegation hailed the good organization and excellent preparation of the visit.
The tour is part of Bapco’s ongoing efforts to enhance relations with various civil establishments of the society and within Bapco’s ongoing efforts to foster the concept of social partnership with organizations and societies towards fostering the aspired social development of the Kingdom. HRH Princess Sabeeka Park was officially opened in February 2010 in Awali. It occupies an area of 43.000 square meters. The park is lush with greenery and is designed in a unique traditional pattern. The park features entertainment facilities, including children play areas and others in addition to a model scientific laboratory for renewable energy. The park enhances Bapco’s leading role in the community and affirms its ongoing commitment to establishing major environmental projects in the Kingdom.
