Feasibility of Dragon City Bahrain reviewed

Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the Ministerial Committee for Services and Infrastructure chaired the special meeting concerned with discussing the feasibility of establishing a Chinese Dragon City in the area of Diyar Al Muharraq project in Bahrain, in presence of the Minister of Industry and Commerce, Dr. Hassan Abdullah Fakhroo and a number of relevant officials at the ministry.

The meeting was also attended by MP, member of the Board of Directors of Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Acting CEO, Othman Sheriff, and the members of the Chamber’s Board of Directors Jawad Al Hawaj and Khalaf Hujair, and Maher Al Shaaer from Diar Al Muharraq.

The meeting concluded by asking the Ministry of Industry and Commerce to convene a meeting later with the parties to the relationship of this project, which are Diyar Al Muharraq and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry to form an integrated mechanism for the project as well as procedures and controls of establishing it in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
