His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, who received at his court the Vice President of the Senate of Thailand Surachai Liengboonlertchai, lauded the fruitful relations bonding the two friendly countries at all levels and hailed the advanced level of bilateral relations.
HRH Premier said that Bahrain and Thailand are keen to coordinate and cooperate vis-à-vis various regional and global issues and work together to promote peace, stability and development across the world.
He also stressed the importance of parliamentary cooperation in consolidating the tremendous efforts of the two governments to strengthen joint relations which are based on mutual respect and common benefits.
HRH Premier expressed Bahrain’s desire to bolster its ties with Thailand, especially in economic, investment and development fields, calling upon the Legislative authorizes in both countries to push joint cooperation further.
On his part, the Thai official hailed HRH Premier’s desire to expand the areas of cooperation with his country, praising the progress boom the kingdom is currently witnessing.
He also expressed hope that cooperation and coordination between the two countries will increase in the coming period so as to meet the expectations of their friendly peoples.
