The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, sent a letter to the Foreign Ministers of the five permanent members of the Security Council and the Foreign Minister of the Federal Republic of Germany concerning the statement attributed to Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Abbas Araghchi, addressing the Asia-Pacific countries, in which he stated his country’s desire to include an agenda item on Bahrain.
