National dialogue continues despite spate of fatal violence

The Lower House Speaker, Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Dhahrani condemned the acts of violence and chaos that targeted disrupting security and stability. Al Dhahrani stressed that these actions were also aimed at affecting citizens and the country’s interests along with residents that led to losses in lives and the injury to security forces and citizens.

He also extended his condolences to the families of those who lost their lives during these incidents. Moreover, he indicated that the reform project in the kingdom had allowed for all constitutional and legal mediums of legislative establishments and all authorities and civic establishments to resolve all issues related to grievances of the country and citizens within the legal framework. Al Dhahrani emphasized the importance of preserving security and stability, and protecting the country’s achievements. He said that it was vital to ensure a positive atmosphere for the national dialogue and support national unity.
